Message from the CEO

Joseph Haley

As the President of Oceans Group International, a real estate sales/marketing, development and construction firm in Bocas del Toro, Panama, my goal is to be able to work with independent brands to solve complicated issues and execute strategic plans relating to share their hospitality developments with the world. This goal was established when I joined Red Frog Beach Resort in 2003. As we established and grew the development, we were able to develop and showcase the beauty of Panama.

I have led the strategic planning and execution of all of Oceans Group International’s initiatives and operations with my extensive experience in the development and construction industry. With over a decade of involvement in all facets of the business under our belt, Oceans Group International’s team consistently delivers results in sales, market share and client satisfaction.
